Before the New Year holidays the annual Christmas Fair is arranged in Petrozavodsk, the capital of Karelia. From the end of December till Christmas Eve the visitors can purchase hand-made gifts for their loved ones.
Museums, theaters, exhibition halls and centers invite people to see daily performances and hand-craft workshops during this time.
