Establishment of regular flights from Petrozavodsk to Moscow

On November, 2 regular flights from Petrozavodsk to Moscow begin in Karelia. According to the schedule, flights will be made on Tuesdays and Fridays by Russian carriers IrAero and RusLine. The receiving airports are Petrozavodsk and Domodedovo.

Valentin Luntsevich, Deputy Head of the Republic of Karelia and Minister of Economic Development, will take the first flight to make a business trip to Moscow.

The plane arrives from Moscow at 7:35 p.m., departure for the capital is at 8:25 p.m. Before the flight Valentin Luntsevich is ready to will meet journalists and tell about prospects of work of Petrozavodsk Airport.

Currently the Government of Karelia works on involving air carriers to work in the republic. In particular, establishment of flights from Kostomuksha to St.Petersburg through Petrozavodsk and prospects of organization of charter flights is negotiated with Siberian Light Aviation (SiLA).
