According to the assignment of the Head of the Republic of Karelia Sergey Katanandov, at methodical and information support of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Karelia there has been developed an investment project of creating a tourist-, hotel- and entertaining complex Yalguba as well as the Internet-resource of the project http://www.yalguba.com.

At the moment the project is submitted for consideration of potential co-investors. Total volume of investments in implementation makes €21 000 000, of which €8 000 000 is own investments of the project authors.

The project is announced at the international real estate trade fair MIPIM - 2006 (Cannes, France). Presentation of the project at MIPIM - 2007 is being prepared.

Information is presented by the Ministry of Economic Development of the RK within the scope of state support of investment activity in the sphere of tourism in the Republic of Karelia directed on attraction of Karelian and Russian investors.
