It it has been declared during inspection made by the Head of Karelia Sergey Katanandov, mayor of Petrozavodsk Victor Masliakov and the principal hotel construction investor famous businessman Ralif Safin.
Now builders are working on the 9-th floor of 14. As it was found out, because of shortage of cement the work progress is 2 months behindhand. Now this problem is solved, and builders (citizens of independent Macedonia) try to make up for the time lost. It is quite possiple that one more floor will be added to the 14, this issue is being settled now.
Being an experienced builder Sergey Katanandov could not keep his satisfaction with quality of work executed, and modern technologies used. He has called this tower building complex a dream he treasured when he was working as a chief of city administration and which now comes true.
Victor Masliakov has told that personnel for the hotel is being trained now, and city administration will promote in its filling.
Observing the lake panorama opening from a height of the 9-th floor, Ralif Safin could not but admirate the view. Having invested about $20 million in construction, once again he was convinced that there is no other place like this for a hotel complex in the whole country.
At the moment construction of a housing estate and a modern Business center in the capital of Karelia by Mr Safin is negotiated.
