Meeting with Finnish architect Jari Helmisaari took place in the Ministry of the Republic of Karelia on National Politics and Relations with Religious Associations.
Aspects of orthodox temple construction in Petrozavodsk were discussed at the meeting. Minister Andrey Manin has emphasized, that many people live in Kukkovka district of the town and parishioners need their temple.
Jari Helmisaari has noted that it will not be his first project in territory of the Republic of Karelia and has expressed hope, that it will be completed jointly with Petrozavodsk and Karelian Eparchy of Russian Orthodox Church.
