On November, 26 solemn presentation of The Tourist Industry Leaders annual international premium took place in Moscow. This year traditional ceremony was held in the new format when in honour of the winners and guests the First Autumn Ball of Winners was given in the legendary Yar restaurant.
Prizes were handed over by representatives of the Ministry of Sports, Tourism and Youth Policy of the Russian Federation, Federal Tourism Agency and guests of honour of the ceremony.
Founders of this prestigious premium in the field of tourism are Informbank Agency media-holding, Tourism: Practice, Problems, Prospects magazine, The Russian Tourist Newspaper, Committee for Economic Policy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
As a tradition, tourist and hotel enterprises of the Republic of Karelia participate in The Tourist Industry Leaders competition held in three categories: SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM. The main prize of the Premium is the diamond star.
This year Stella, Ltd., (director Ilya G.Dzhaparidze) is recognized the winner of The Tourist Industry Leaders international Premium from the Republic of Karelia in The Best Regional Travel Company nomination.
