The Chapel of George the Victorious

The Chapel of George the Victorious was situated in the village Kangozero in Suoarvsky region till 1987, the village was nearly lost by 1985.

The Chapel counts several building periods. First is the end of the 17th century. Second – the middle of the 19th century. An open gallery-porch was attached from west. Third – the end of the 19th–the beginning of the 20th century.
