The House of Sorokin

The house of Sorokin is especially interesting among the traditional living houses. It is located in the center of Veshkelitsa village.

Russian stoves are well preserved in the house. The inner porch is two-story and has an inner staircase. The household part of the house consists of a cattle-shed and a hayloft. The house is decorated with brackets, a traditiona balcony on the pediment and with wooden ornamentation.
